From the Autumn Equinox to the Winter Solstice 2025
A group of three personal Shamanic Sessions to be taken at times to suit you to help ease you smoothly through the transition into the darkest point of the year, supported by the energy of the natural world around you.
1. Gather - looking back over the year past - a container for exploring the path you have taken and acknowledging your harvest.
2. Release - moving from the unconscious to the conscious - working with fire for healing and transformation
3. Turning Inwards - finding peaceful stillness - the nuggets of gold, the learnings you are taking into the quiet time.
The sessions will be approximately 1 hour and can be taken in person at the cabin or online.

Saturday 15th - Sunday 16th November - Medicine Drum Birthing
With the support and healing energy of Faye Bradbury - you will be guided to create your own medicine drum. A beautiful day of connection, healing and deep surrender. This wonderful sacred tool is an extension of your energy, a means of deep connection and honouring of the Great Mother.
We are also including an optional second day of connection, nurture and healing. Join this second day of your retreat as we gather in ceremony and work with the plant medicine of cacao to deepen our connection to the Earth, where we can listen for the messages that will guide us on our path forward. As we move through the day, healing sounds support further exploration and releasing through the sacred fire. A deposit is required to secure your place. Contact me here for more details.

Join me for a day of inner exploration as we connect with this the dark peak of the year. Connecting with the feminine energy of the Earth and allowing the release, the dying of those parts of us from which we have done the learning, the surrender to the flow, the path forward into the light…
Through ceremony and the plant medicine of cacao we will journey from our hearts to meet with our soul purpose and allow the guidance to come forward and take our hand. Sacred sounds bring healing and integration as we complete our journey through the day.
