Born into a family of psychics and the medical profession - life was full of science and sacred places. My father was an inventor, engineer entrepreneur and lover of sacred stone sites who enjoyed imagining how people in the past viewed the universe and connected with the rhythms of the natural world. I initially chose structural engineering as my career and worked for many years around the UK finding that it was not the environment for me and also finding my power that I could step away from the traditional way of being and find what was calling my soul. I moved to Cumberland to have my daughters - the Eden valley - a beautiful and quiet space on the edge of the Lake District. My partner and I ran a landscaping company and I was involved with the garden design while also studying and learning feng shui, land healing, meditation and starting my own business in energy healing around 18 years ago. My deep connection with the land grew and has underpinned all of my different ventures. My journey deepened into shamanism and vibrational healing, transformation and connection, creating spaces for people to shift and grow. I feel my work coming around full circle (or perhaps it is me that is becoming more complete) - land and buildings stepping back in to merge with the healing work once again - themes that are now integral to my being - understanding how a home tells the truth of the soul - the interaction with the land coming in for teachings and healings with those that live there - how a person is called back to their true self through their life experiences. I have come back to myself, connecting with the whole of me, accepting and honouring my journey through the wildness and often toxicity of youth, relationships, parenting and the beauty of being a woman through all phases of life. I value the learnings and space that I have been gifted to grow and heal. I’m so grateful for all the wonderful and challenging experiences I have had, as they caused me to stand up for myself - they brought my spirit to life, ignited my fire which pushed me forward to keep searching for my purpose, to step off into the abyss time and time again, knowing in my heart that I would be supported and safe.
