A deeper exploration of the self as you connect and align with the elements, encouraging balance to the feminine and the masculine, doing the deep inner work, slowly uncovering your authentic self as you clear your inner channel, healing from your feminine wounding. Working with the natural cycles and the universal laws. Expanding your awareness of yourself, strengthening and transforming. Connecting to and working with the elements to deepen your understanding of your life experiences. Re-learning ancient practices, connecting with the Earth and Sky to receive wisdom and healing for your own life, your own growth, and to find peace. This is the sacred medicine.

• Earth -feminine, quiet and still, our connection to the planet, going within, nurture and care, the mother wounds, death of the old ways and allowing change

• Air - masculine, rebirth, movement and expansion, Father wounds, purpose, love and truth, freedom

• Fire - masculine, transformation, power, gathering of the soul, rising up, boundaries and detachment

• Water -feminine, bringer of life, reflections of the past, emotional flow, womb healing, ancestral healing and purification, moving forward

• Spirit - connection, trust, conscious beliefs, open to wisdom, healing the witch wound, authenticity and unity

The Return to Feminine Wisdom

A winding path through our ancestors, societal patterns, our beliefs, our fears. From our healed wounds, we can clear and let go of our burdens, our imposed way of living. A path to sovereignty, to freedom and to a re-found peace within ourselves.

These sessions bring a deep study into the feminine ways. Through this great remembering of our own innate abilities woven with the cycles of the natural world we can allow change and expansion of our consciousness, each step a deeper understanding, an old knowing and a surrender to what is. Re-connecting with and re-awakening the healer within, restoring your gifts and trust in yourself.

The sessions are:

• Walking Between Worlds - the natural laws, universal energies, softening the edges, meditation and journeying, the art of seeing

• Safe in the Earth - connecting to Earth wisdom, security and abundance, relaxing with nature, listening to Gaia

• The Sacred Body - nurturing, healing, feeling & awareness, embodiment, honouring the body

• Walking with the Ancestors - the great remembering, patterns & purpose, threads of knowing, welcoming ancient wisdom

• The Soul’s Journey - Birth, connection, soul loss, healing the heart, returning light, the rainbow bridge

• Transformation & Healing - Ritual, sacred space, altar & correspondences, awakening the healer within, sensing harmony
