I offer courses and workshops which help you to connect with the rhythms of the natural world and the energies that we live within. The course teachings are held on a 1-2-1 basis, while the workshops tend to be run in a group setting. Most of the offerings can be presented in person or online so we can connect however works best for you.

I offer 1-2-1 teachings so that you can find your way in navigating your path and exploring your life’s purpose.
The Path of the Shaman, Gaia Love and Energy Healing Courses have the option to take you to becoming a certified practitioner if that is the path you choose, and can be held in person and online. If we haven’t met before then I suggest that you have a 1-2-1 session first so that you can see if I am the right fit for you (the cost of this will be taken off the cost of the course).
A Journey Through The Elements
An exploration of the self as you connect and align with the elements, the feminine and the masculine, doing the deep inner work, slowly uncovering your authentic self as you clear your inner channel. Working with the natural cycles and the universal laws. Expanding your awareness of yourself, strengthening and transforming. Connecting to and working with the elements to deepen your understanding of your life experiences. Re-learning ancient practices, connecting with the Earth and Sky to receive wisdom and healing for your own life, your own growth, and to find peace. This is the sacred medicine.
Earth -feminine, quiet and still, our connection to the planet, going within, nurture and care, death of the old ways and allowing change
Water -feminine, bringer of life, reflections of the past, emotional flow, ancestral healing and purification, moving forward
Fire - masculine, transformation, power, gathering of the soul, rising up, boundaries and detachment
Air - masculine, rebirth, movement and expansion, love and truth, freedom
Spirit - connection, trust, conscious beliefs, open to wisdom, authenticity and unity
Through attunements, ceremony and healing, these connections bring a greater understanding of the self and the wider world. They help you to move forward in confidence, in sovereignty and in peace.

Spirit Calling - A Self-led Online Course in spiritual connection

This offering is a five part course giving you practical ways to bring earth based practice into your life to enrich and deepen your connection to the natural world. To experience the unseen, the sensing, the knowing, and explore your unique connection, your own journey of healing and what that feels like for you.
A way of being, a way of connection, through drumming journeys, fire ceremonies and methods of self exploration and healing. Fully supported throughout.

The Path of the Shaman
Aligning life with the rhythms of the Earth through space, place and inner connection
These sessions bring a deep study into the shamanic arts. A winding path blending with the cycles of the natural world and our own ability to allow change and growth, each step a deeper understanding, an old knowing and a surrender to what is. Connecting with and awakening the shaman healer within. An expansion of awareness bringing balance and harmony to life.
The sessions are:

These sessions can be attended on a 1-2-1 basis in person or online at times to suit you.
A period of inner work and self exploration is required prior to this course e.g. Journey through the Elements or Journey to Soul courses. Completion of these The Path of the Shaman sessions and further case studies can take you to becoming a Shamanic Healing Practitioner if that is the path you are drawn to take. Gaia Love - Earth Healing
In this Earth Healing Course, you will learn how to nurture and heal with our beautiful planet.
Through the seven parts of this course, you will discover how to:
• Attune to the energy of the Earth
• Connect to and commune with nature
• Heal the energy of your home
• Create a sacred space
• Clear the energies of past human actions on the land
• Re-harmonise geopathic stress in buildings and the land
• Work in ceremony to lift the energies of the planet
Through teachings, practical tasks and energetic work you will learn how to re-harmonise the land. You will be shown ways to connect with and tune into the Earth so that you can heal the lands, and in turn, heal yourself. You will be able to nurture and support the planet as she nurtures and supports all of us.
Case studies are also required to complete the course. An optional further three days of study would take you to practitioner level certification.
Throughout this course, there will be time spent out in nature, time creating, doing practical tasks, and time spent in reflection. A safe and supported space is offered to learn and experience your personal journey to becoming an Earth Healer.

live in service to the planet, carrying out healings as you are called to,
the knowledge and experience you need is provided for your journey to being an Earth Healer.

Energy Healing Practitioner
In this Energy Healing Practitioner Course, you will:
Explore the energetic nature of our world
Learn how to feel, sense and move energy
Connect with the different elements of our world
Learn how to work with the essence of the elements for healing
Find out how to use the spirit of stone, plants and sound to create change in energy
Learn the energetics of correspondences and how to work with them to create energetic medicine
Discover how to create sacred space for healing and support
Explore how to work across distance to shift vibrations so that the subject of your work feels lighter and more able to thrive
This eight part course can be attended in person or online and is supported online fully throughout. Healing sessions are offered during this course as you heal yourself in preparation for supporting others to heal.
Case studies and a reflective piece are required to take this learning to practitioner level if that is the route you choose to take.
