The Gathering
A online group with monthly sessions around the New Moon, receiving guidance and sharing around the Full Moon, connecting with the energy of the seasons, and an opportunity to be part of a like minded community.

Cacao and Drum
This evening group is held in person in the Cabin in Warwick Bridge, Cumbria around the Full Moon energy.
A cacao ceremony brings us into our hearts as we connect with the celestial energies and the support of the season. We follow with a drumming journey to receive wisdom and healing, showing what is being illuminated for us, what is being amplified in our lives.
A gentle and supportive space created for your inner peace, lovingly held for your journey to unfold, so that you can receive what you need.

Bloom
This is a group that I started with my friend Charlotte for solo-entrepreneurs to naturally evolve their businesses. We work with the seasonal energies and the Moon phases to support ourselves and allow organic growth and expansion.
We meet online twice a month for an hour:
On the New Moon we look at where we are headed, what we want to focus on and our intentions for the month ahead.
On the Full Moon we explore what is perhaps blocking us, doubts or old ways of thinking and clear the way forwards.
We use meditation techniques, breathwork and energetic and practical support - a lovely group to be part of to help you reach where you want to be with your business - together we grow - and bloom :)
