An exploration of the self as you connect and align with the elements, the feminine and the masculine, doing the deep inner work, slowly uncovering your true self as you clear your inner channel. Working with the natural cycles and the universal laws. Expanding your awareness of yourself, strengthening and transforming. Connecting to and working with the elements to deepen your understanding of your life experiences. Learning shamanic practices, connecting with the Earth and Sky to receive wisdom and healing for your own life, your own growth, and to find peace in your sacred life. This is the sacred medicine.

• Earth - feminine, quiet and still, our connection to the planet, going within, nurture and care, death of the old ways and allowing change

• Water -feminine, bringer of life, reflections of the past, emotional flow, ancestral healing and purification, moving forward

• Fire - masculine, transformation, power, gathering of the soul, rising up, boundaries and detachment

• Air - masculine, rebirth, movement and expansion, love and truth, freedom

• Spirit - connection, trust, conscious beliefs, open to wisdom, authenticity and unity

Through attunements, ceremony and healing, these connections bring a greater understanding of the self and the wider world. They help you to move forward in confidence, in sovereignty and in peace.

In my experience strengthening your connection to Spirit brings about the biggest change within life and within the self. It allows an opening up, an increase in awareness and calls for balance. It encourages a more simple way of being, a winding path blending with the cycles of the natural world and our own ability to allow change and growth, each step a new connection, an old knowing and a surrender to what is.
